T-store scores: Pyrex Gems

lalafauxbois

Yesterday I needed some salsa. That’s all, just salsa. Well my neighborhood grocery store just happens to be right next to a Goodwill. As any thrifting junkie knows, it’s hard to resist when it’s just right there! I popped in just in case, and left carefully balancing a stack of Pyrex! I spotted this minty gem first, sitting there proudly still with her lid, unlike so many of her counterparts. This is the Dandelion duet casserole dish and I love it!

... work it girl!

Next find were these two mixing bowls from the Early American design. These were separated so of course I was hoping I would find the rest of the set scattered around the housewares section, but no such luck.

Let’s take a look at them brought together in their new home!

I also picked up a belt, skirt, and shirt but let’s keep the focus on these pretties :)

Hi Lisa! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog the other day!

And I SO can relate, I always have to avoid driving by our local thrift shop because I can’t help but stop and buy tons of treasures!

  2. I’m so jealous! The thrift stores around my are full of fairly modern junk. I would die if I walked in one day and saw beautiful vintage pyrex! And I would definitely snatch it all up. :)
