Today marks the start of my last week off before the semester starts. I’m really excited for school but I’m happy to have this week to work on the list of things I wanted to do over break but didn’t have time for. We spent the weekend deep cleaning our house- I even pulled a muscle scrubbing baseboards, which I think means I shouldn’t ever have to clean again (ha!). I have some sewing projects to do, books I want to read, and season 3 of Pretty Little Liars to watch :) So we’ll see how much I can squeeze in throughout these few days…

I am all about the sweet brunch foods!
…as if you couldn’t tell that from my super brunch sunday posts, haha!

Ah, my little apartment could certainly do with a good deep cleaning. I find it harder to keep a place I feel is not “mine” tidy, and living in furnished company housing has just been the worst for that. I can’t wait to feel like I can “nest” again; it’s been a really long time.

Good luck with the new semester! Git ‘er done!

jealous of your awesome boots and dress! I always find that, even when I have a break and a full to do list, I never end up doing it and then feel like I never had a break at all. And don’t get me started thinking about the baseboards…

Have a great start to your semester!
